I grew up within the military lifestyle, moving around the world from Hong Kong to Germany to Ireland. My father served 39 years in the British Armed Forces, while my mother showed tremendous courage supporting our family during long periods of separation. Through these experiences, I’ve learned the value of routine, structure, and selfless commitment – qualities that now define how I run my business and lead my team.
